Implementers are the framework's institutional salesforce and facilitators, not solo clients.

The core delivery unit for an Implementer is the Motion™ Workshop — a structured, in-person or hybrid program delivered at a host institution. Implementers are licensed to deliver ETF in workshop formats with institutional cohorts.
The institution contracts the Implementer for the workshop plus an optional embedded follow-up engagement. Every delivery runs on the same certified framework, which is what makes the Implementer network coherent as it scales.
The Implementer program activates after the first ETF Certified Practitioner cohort completes, the institutional toolkit is finalized, and the licensing agreement clears legal review.
