ETF™ is a structured transition framework, not clinical mental health care. Practitioners work within the scope of their existing licensure or credential. ETF™ does not diagnose or treat mental illness and does not replace licensed clinical care where clinical care is indicated.
ETF Certified Practitioner™ trademark certifies you to apply the eight-component protocol in your professional practice. The credential does not constitute a license to practice clinical mental-health services where one is required by law. You remain responsible for any jurisdictional licensure your work requires.
Your credential remains active for twelve months from purchase. Annual recertification at $49 keeps it active. A grace period of thirty days follows expiration; after that, the credential moves to expired and your portal access is restricted to read-only.
Portal access is for credentialed practitioners only. Sharing credentials, scraping client lists, or using the directory for purposes other than practitioner-to-practitioner referral is a terminable offense.
ETF Implementer™ trademark is a separate Tier-2 license with its own terms. When the Implementer program opens, those terms will be linked here.
The framework is delivered as a methodology. You apply it at your own professional risk. ETF Framework is not liable for outcomes resulting from your use of the protocol with clients.
