To deliver the certification program you purchased, to verify your credential, to send you renewal reminders, and to operate the practitioner portal. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
ETF Framework and 6 Identities share a single backend. If you purchase on either domain, your purchase record is visible across both. This is intentional — it lets a single account manage assessment results and practitioner credentials in one place.
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products and services and online activity. We also use this information for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising.
