Full refund available within fourteen days of purchase if you have not completed more than three of the eight curriculum modules. After fourteen days or after substantial module completion, refunds are considered case-by-case.
Recertification is non-refundable once the new credential year has begun. If you intend not to recertify, do not initiate the renewal payment.
The Implementer license is not refundable after the licensing materials have been delivered. A pre-delivery cancellation, requested in writing within seven days, is fully refundable.
Subscription products bill monthly or annually. Cancel any time. You keep access through the end of the billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
