A structured cycle, not an open-ended program.

The ETF Framework runs on structured 90-day cycles. The cadence is matched to established research on identity reconstruction and habit formation, and it avoids the indefinite drift that causes most transition programs to lose momentum after the first few weeks.

Each cycle moves through three phases. The cycle ends with a structured review that calibrates the next 90 days. Practitioners run the cycle; athletes execute it.

The full cycle structure — including phase-by-phase implementation, session sequencing, and practitioner guidance — is covered inside the ETF Certified Practitioner curriculum.
